yeah, that looks about right to me  (although I might have a word with Upson to see if he could possibly manage the second game instead of Greer).

Seeing that Hull are most likely going to field an even weaker side this time out, why don’t we play the side that would have played on Tuesday? Which I guess would be pretty close to the team against Wigan.
On the plus side they would get an extra days rest before the Millwall game.

I favour us trying to balance out sides that are good enough to win both – a slight gamble I suppose, but points dropped against Wigan wouldn’t necessarily end our play-off push.
I reckon younger players would naturally handle 2 games in quick succession a bit better from a physical perspective, which is why I’d go for March in both games (though sub him off vs Wigan for Kaz) as well as Dunk in both.
Brez has done well and I’m guessing there’s been some sort of promise to stick with him in the cup unless injured, so I don’t think for a second he’d be dropped.

Wigan:
--------------------------TK----------------------------
Bruno----------Dunk------------Upson---------------Ward
-------------------------Ince-----------------------------
-------------Stephens----------Orlandi--------------------
March------------------Ulloa-----------------------D-Rod

Likely subs (3 of them depending on the game situation/injuries obviously):
Lua Lua for March
Lopez for Ulloa (with D-Rod taking Ulloa’s role, Orlandi pushing out wide to replace D-Rod and SD filling in for Orlandi
Greer – on for Upson to save his legs if appropriate
JFC – hopefully save him for Monday or Buckley – only in squad if no concerns over fitness (Andrews otherwise)
Calde
CMS (if fit) or Obika (to come on for Leo instead of the above only if we’re 2 up!)
Brez

Hull:
-------------------------BrezzyLad----------------------------
Calderon---------Dunk---------Greer* ----------Chicksen
-------------------------Ince-----------------------------
---------------CMS**----------------JFC--------------------
March------------------Ulloa ----------------------Buckley or D-Rod
*or Upson if he’s up to it
**if fit enough – Orlandi if not, with JFC swapping to right midfield

Likely subs (3 of them depending on the game situation/injuries obviously):
Lua Lua for March or Buckley
D-Rod on for Ulloa
Andrews for Ince if he’s knackered
Lopez
Upson/Ward
Obika or CMS depending upon fitness
Kasper

I'm guessing there will be one or two errors in the above, but it has well and truly confused me trying to cover different permutations...

My. Busy day at work?

Surely we go strong as possible on Saturday and Oscar and his staff assess everyone on Sunday to see who can go again on Monday? I certainly hope he doesn't compromise both line-ups by prejudging.

On the subject of Saturday's game, it doesn't seem likely that Ben Watson will feature for Wigan.

Carried off tonight, rumours of a broken leg.

Shame for him obviously. Seems to have scored a few goals for them lately.

I don't know any more.

I would tend to start Buckley in the first half for both games and play Lualua in the second half.

Stephens has got to start against Wigan.

I would spring a surprise on Hull with Orlandi, Agustien, Bruno, Greer, Ward. Lopez second half if we are at least drawing. ? on this because of extra time possible.

Upson and Ulloa will have to play both matches as there are no alternatives.

As an NBA fan (waiting for the comments) I can't see why players need to be rested so often. NBA teams can play up to 100 games if they win it all including several road trips like 5 away games in 7 days, travelling a larger country.

Now disregarding that for a minute.......Surely TK could play 2 games in 3 days?

Basketball? You what m8? 👍

When is CMS back?

The classic taking the eye off the ball being distracted by Hull.

Wigan is massive, no need to name a line up for Hull yet.

Kuszczak

Bruno
Greer
Upson
Ward

Stephens
Ince
Orlandi

March
Ulloa
Rodriguez

Subs : Brezovan, Calderon, Dunk, Andrews, David Lopez, Obika, Buckley / CMS / Monakana

We come along way being able to consider changing so many players and good youngsters coming into the team the future bright.

Jeez and I thought Oscar would have a headache choosing two teams!!!
Oh and on Saturday we welcome the FA Cup holders for a league game, this last happened in April 83 when we beat Spurs 2-1

ate all the pies ?

If you'd seen the photo he or Bruno put on Instagram of the players after a game recently, you'd realise that Agustein's bulk is not fat.

He must play at some point Sat / mon otherwise he's never going to play.

I don't think he will, K.

There appears to be some sort of personality clash going on there, and he probably hasn't helped himself with some of his tweets on the subject. I suspect we've seen the last of him unless something very surprising happens behind the scenes.
