Where to go in Sussex for a cracking Sunday roast? any ideas would be great? I'm thinking at the moment maybe somewhere in Arundel but open to ideas.

The small cabin next to the lake is excellent as well (if open at this time of year I'm not sure), so that's 2 great venues within a 2 minute walk.

Open house has great food in the week but the last two sunday roasts I have had have been awful

Anyone know one up our way (Groombridge, Ashdown Forest, T Wells?)
It's been a while since I have been to The Open House, maybe it has dipped in standards. I have recently been to the Hove Bowls Club though. It's ace. Proper old school roast and proper puddings. Cheap and a laugh as well.

ended up at the coach and horses in fulking,very nice to although tad expensive! might go arundel on a nicer weekend!
