Stream for Birmingham game

It says if I want ad free and full screen I need a free account. How can I disable the ads and get full screen? I have Ghostery and Ad Blocker running. If I turn them off I just get a screen full of ads which is not desirable.

Says I need to disable adblock to watch properly, when I do so the page is a horrible mess and is unwatchable...

I paused adblocker too. Just pause, refresh, and then slowly click the 'x' on the ads. If your cursor is a HAND, It's going to click a link, only when the cursor is an ARROW will if close the ad. So use the 'x' that make the cursor an arrow.
