So I’m sure most people have heard a Plan B song on the radio. She Said in particular is a smooth R&B bop.

But how many people have heard his first album; Who Needs Action When You’ve Got Words? It’s a rap album with lots of singing and guitars but every song is absolutely horrendous. There probably isn’t an album lyrically less suited to radio play. ‘Mama Loves A Crack Head’ is the tip of the iceberg when other songs touch on teenagee girls being abused by their religious parents or people being stabbed and blaming this album. The most lighthearted tune is about a kid digging up a dead body ffs

Albums an absolute masterpiece though. 2 decades later and still one of the best albums to ever come out of this country.
