Francis was the big blonde fella who kicked the ball into the Albion crowd at Southend, then apologised profusely after doing it. He apologised at the final whistle and clapped our fans again. It stuck in my mind, as well as his performance.

He was easily their best player that day for me, and a good sport too. I think he would be a good acquisition for the club

Quite, and full-back is a key area for flair. Full-backs, players 'in the hole' and strikers - that's where you want your FLAIR.
