The chairman has paid £90 Million on a new ground, and a few quid on players. Seems a bit ungrateful to moan, but the club has to sell the club again to Sussex.

Could have been worse glad I'm renewing and not buying a full price ticket after 11 june, those prices are outrageous.

So are they doing a two or three year season ticket?
Does this mean new season ticket holders will get equal priority when chosing season tickets at Falmer with us old season tickets?

I can't see the option of a two or three year ticket mentioned. Hopefully this means the prices may go down when Falmer opens?

Well I'm going to have a moan - (just for a change, bla bla bla).

Last season at Withdean - a chance to reward the fans who've watched the last 5 years of absolute shit, now there's finally a bit a bit of money in the club....and they put the prices up?

Can't help but think it's only to soften the blow when they announce sky high prices at Falmer.

Not particularly impressed to be honest. With Leeds looking like they are going up, our prices are going to be MILES higher than anyone elses in this division, in the worst ground. At the very least, they could have frozen the prices.

One would like to think so. I cant see too many ST being sold at the best part of £500 when we need to get thousands more to sign up.

I realise it does seem churlish to complain after the arrival of Poyet, some decent football, and Blooms' benevolance, but a little bit of a reward after enduring a decade of some of the worst facilities in the league would not have gone amiss. Especially in the middle of economic crisis.

I'll still renew, but I'm expecting the continued improvement in the teams performance (not necessarily promotion just decent footy to watch) to make it worthwhile.

More chance of me turning out for the Albion this Saturday than prices going down at Falmer.

Indeed.

My main concern is how are they going to distinguish between those of us that kept the club going for the last god knows how many years and Johnny come latelies who get a seaso ticket for the first time.

Surely we deserve to have first dibs on the best seats at Falmer?

Prices will probably stay the same for Falmer. Not really sure why people expect them to go down, football is a business and to lower prices when you've just spent 90 million on a stadium would be utter stupidity.

How much money do we generate from seaon ticket sales? £1.5million? so how much more revenue is this 3% going to generate for the club?

They could have done a deal whereby buying a season ticket for next season guarantees first dibs on a season ticket for Falmer. That would generate more interest in next season as well as the first falmer year
