I think people are making too much of this, it's just a bit of fun. What would fans prefer from 2.57 - 3.00? The key issue is crowd noise during the game, not one song before it.

FFS..its been a shite season, we are16th in the league, still in danger of relegation and, apart from 15 minutes before half time, unable to put two passes together.

Where have I moaned about the atmosphere? I was moaning about loud Shit music DROWNING OUT what was quite a good pre match atmosphere ( even if most of it was coming from the Norwich fans) . One step from goal music imo

What does the score line have to do with making any noise - is it the equivilent of glory hunt supporting of the top teams that are winning everything? - only join in when doing well?

But when do our fans actually start to sing ? - Surely only winning 2-0 isn't enough to motivate us ..blah, blah, blah...the teams performances need to good enough to earn our fans singing at them / having songs sung about our players, etc and to keep winning 2-0 is boring and just isn't good enough for us to sing ...blah, blah, blah.........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

It's nothing to do with commercialisation, whats played in the build up to the game, or any other lame excuse ,etc...... so why don't our fans just sing if they want to, and if they don't they don't feel like it without people making an issue out of it?

Well if you look at the 28,790 thread and the comments of the lack of atmosphere etc, and now the whinging and stupid poll on this thread.
Lets face it our home support, although being the biggest is vocally crap.
Whining about this chant and that chant, slating the away support for being crap, it is embarrassing .
No wonder the away sides and supporters see us as easy pickings.
Just sing and make some noise, get behind the team instead of dissecting every chant or song, it is pitiful.......and makes US tinpot.
