Blessing might be pushing it, but Barber has stated on a number of interviews that they were happy for Graham personally, understood why he took the Chelsea job and they maintained a good relationship.

Gotta wonder what he really thought considering the general consensus of this forum was that Chelsea wouldn't have the patience and understanding he got here and he would be sacked within weeks. I liked him as a manager, but I don't think I would welcome him back after he jeopardized our PL existence.
