I like it, made me smile !! Moved to the right as I have got older. Voted Labour when young due to fatherly influence (print union rep). I could vote labour if credible.

Father of the Chapel ?

'funny' woman Sandi Toksvig said that 17 million potential voters did not vote at the last Election and 'we can't assume how they might vote next time'. Yes you can! They'll vote for nobody the same as last time love.

... I do not buy the Corbyn excuse for failure to sing the anthem.

it was rather pathetic, and not consistent with Corbyns own comment on the matter the day before.

some people cannot seperate the fact that JC is a republican, and that does not mean he does NOT have respect for those that fought in the second world war, I know that TW@T fallon cannot understand that but then he is an idiot, I thought the people on here were somewhat more intelligent than that.
I am a republican and always will be, I am a socialist and always will be(I can feel the vibrations of my Mum turning in her grave now), I have the great respect for those that saved us in the last world war I even have respect for old liz and her mum, I even have respect for some tories who speak sense and stand up for their constituents even though they might be wrong in my eyes.
think JC and his cabinet are doing OK ...................he must be otherwise there would not be all this furore from the right

He did not fail to sing the anthem. He did not try to sing the anthem. LOL On a serious note. Silent contemplation in certain situations can be far more profound and appropriate than singing a 90 year old or so dirge.

My thoughts exactly. Patronising. Just like when she commended McDonnell for his apology and commended Corbyn and Cameron for have a PMQ without it turning into a slanging match. Oh do f**k off you Danish dyke tw*t!
