Mine is reading 92% as I enter my second week of covid, bad cough now and bit breathy. Should I go to A&E? The NHS advice is confusing nowadays since the initial crisis ended

Yes you should definately phone 111 and get medical advice. Did you use the Oxymeter before you got covid to find your normal oxygen saturation reading?
Indeed, I’m usually around 98%

Try to be relaxed

If possible breathe slowly through the nose and out through the mouth.

Concentrate on filling the lungs as best you can and see if you get the figure to pop up a bit.
