This all seems a bit ott and unnecessary to me. The ref has the power to send players and managers off. If they truly want to stop this then apply the current laws. It really is this simple.

Start of the season issue a statement saying any backchat or aggression will be met with a red card. Anyone who disobeys gets an early bath or a seat in the stand.

Fully onboard with that even through there's a chance it could cost us with RDZ in charge. Klopp was a disgrace yesterday.

The behaviour to refs from players, manager and fans has to change or we end up with no game as there will be no one left to referee.
Agreed but there should be a similar punishment for players abusing officials and for feigning injury.
Also, a yellow card means 10 minutes in the bin. That might stop the "taking one for the team"

The banning of managers is a joke because they seem to be allowed in the stands to watch and chat with those on the bench through play and can therefore influence play.
I‘d ban them from the ground from kick off to the end of the match, and ensure they can‘t communicate with anyone involved in the game.
Yep this. Deducting poInts may be a bit harsh but at least make the red card mean something.

What’s blatantly clear at the moment is that different managers are getting different treatment. RDZ has been sent off what 3 times now? For pretty minimal things. But Klopp constantly acts aggressively towards officials without meaningful punishment.

Feigning injury is a difficult one; for player welfare the ref has to take the injury at face value. But a mandatory 10 minute period for recovery should separate the real injuries from the fake.
