I noticed that at Huddersfield and again yesterday, Hammond is in front of the back four and Bridcutt is getting further forward.

But Bridcutt isn't forward with any attacking intent.

Crofts (or more likely the way he's been told to play) is my biggest disappointment so far this season.

Orlandi is pretty close to CMS.
But his area seems to be to 'triangle' with Buckley and Bruno, occasionally doing the same with Barnes & Bridge.

But what CMS needs is the fella (Hammond/Crofts) close enough to occupy a centre back but deep enough to thread THE pass through.

This doesn't happen because Bridcutt Hammond and/or Crofts Dicker are all holding hands with Greer and Dunk.

I don't understand shipping Navs on, and replacing him with 2 higher profile players in order to do exactly the same job.
