I managed a half marathon training run on monday in 1 hour 55 mins so hoping for to take a good few minutes off last years time, lets hope the weather is not so hot this year.

I have been stuck on 36% for a while and with only 25 days to go need to start adding to this.
As i will not be involved in the football this year and usually donate to that I will match all donations until friday lunchtime (maximum £50 total in all by myself).

There is but we have a joint marathon thread only so it has lots of runners begging for sponsorship. Hopefully me putting links on facebook will add a few quid.
