What about them ? All countries have them and murder is still murder. The fact that they do it for money is in many ways even more reprehensible.

I said 'Highly unlikely', not out of the question then is it ? Silly question in the first place.

The problem is that people find the act so abhorrent it's very difficult to empathise with the perpetrator but it is in effect an addiction to some but by no means all. Those who organise paedophile rings are clearly aware of what they are doing but simply don't care. There people are utterly callous and whilst I don't advocate executing them I do believe that they should be locked away from society permanently, these people are beyond redemption.

I feel uneasy with the whole pattern of sentencing over intenet paedophilia. It seems whilst someone like a teacher (recent case this week in Eastbourne) accessing porn on the net is presumably guilty, someone like Pete Townsend who was "researching" with presumably the benefit of the best QC in the business to defend him, can get off.
