He resigned yesterday citing "personal reasons"

Has a 75% win ratio in his first season with one of the top Israeli sides, Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Looks like he is on his way to England, but where in England? He would certainly fit the bill!

It's the resignation coupled with the story that makes it sounds like he could be the man

The most promising of the realistic suggestions so far. Yes from me.

Blimey, some people on here had 2 years to try and spell Vicente correctly. Couldn't begin to imagine how they'd cope with this guy's name.

Must say, though, think he could do a job.

No not yet I keep checking

StanJames.

Just asked them using the online chat, and within 5 minutes they'd added him to the market @10/1. Was hoping for a bit more, but either way had a fiver on it.

Fits the mould perfectly, and Bloom isn't afraid to take a gamble. Resigns from his job, Spanish, speaks English. I'd say he's far better value than the others in the market given that somebody fairly well connected in Spanish football has suggested it.
