Why open the posts and then respond. If you don't like it don't read it.

I think the fact that a Spanish journalist (who will likely know more than most of NSC) has linked us to a manager is pretty interesting. Far more so than asking if I take a glass of water to bed with me or if I scrunch or fold...

Until the whole scrunch and fold thing came up recently, I had no idea that scrunching was even a thing

Our own Bruno would no doubt know him quite well from 3 years together as Espanyol, perhaps a recommendation

edit ...and a further 2 years at Lleida together, have a feeling there may be something in this one, perhaps shortlist.

what would we do if it back fire on us and we were bottom after the 1st couple of months of the season would bloom keep him i doubt he would

ANY new manager could potentially 'backfire' and do badly

He resigned yesterday citing "personal reasons"

Has a 75% win ratio in his first season with one of the top Israeli sides, Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Looks like he is on his way to England, but where in England? He would certainly fit the bill!

He never even got into the England squad ffs

Exactly. Steve McClaren for me. Tried and tested.

Anyone just wish Gus would F off to the first tin pot premier league club that flirts with him now, so we can get on with an exciting new era under OSCAR?!

It's a yes from me but I wouldn't be adverse to someone like Jackett either.

Hopefully Gus will **** off to stoke pronto an we can get on with things.

My main concern was the language barrier with non-Spanish speakers, but his English is pretty good
