Andrew James Kilburn was a Reform UK candidate in Benfieldside, County Durham. He won.
It appears he was added to the Durham Council website as a councillor (his entry is still cached by Google).
However his page has now been deleted.
It would appear another Reform UK councillor has gone.

Edit: now fully confirmed by the Lib Dem’s. Councillor Andrew Kilburn was ineligible to stand as a councillor in benfieldside, County Durham. Opps, Fantastic vetting Führage.

Cost to re run 10-30k paid for by the taxpayer.
