Mark my words, if Labour carry on the everything’s fine, we deserve to win because we’re right mantra, they will lose.

This is something Corbyn supporters never, ever got and still don’t get.
And Labour left are already at it: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cp8jdr900r7o

"The Labour Mayor of Doncaster Ros Jones - who had her majority slashed - blamed the withdrawal of winter fuel allowance from most pensioners, and urged a rethink on the forthcoming cuts to personal independence payments (Pips) for disabled people.

Labour MP Richard Burgon – a shadow minister under Sir Keir's left wing predecessor Jeremy Corbyn – agreed.

He said the current party leadership needed to "change course" and suggested that these policies were "driving away our own voters, and letting Reform squeeze through.""

If we want to go back to universal give-aways, let's bring back tax cuts for farmers. Innit.

No, tough decisions are needed and the best time to be tough is early in a parliamentary term.

Politically, given the need to be pandered to, the discontented can have some free stuff in year 3.
Free scratch cards, a cigarette subsidy, and a winter Special Brew allowance, maybe?

So, on a serious note, how do you fix the economy quickly enough to not have to cut benefits?
The Tory and Reform solution is to, er, cut benefits,
while pointing at foreigners and the disabled and saying 'its their fault!'

I read an article the other day (presumably on The Guardian or BBC websites given they're free and work properly) that was going on about how Australian elections generally skew closer to "the centre" than other comparable countries, which suggested it's mainly due to compulsory voting and the electoral systems used.

I did also happen across an article on the ABC site earlier saying this was the first Australian election where millenial and gen z voters outnumbered baby boomers.
As a boomer can I say it’s about f***ing time.

One U turn already.

Party chair Zia Yusuf announced that Reform-controlled councils in England would “move at speed to resolve that the *only* flags permitted to be flown on or in its buildings will be the Union Jack and the St George’s flag”.

Yusuf added: “No other flags will be permitted to be flown on its flag-poles, balconies, reception desks or council-chamber walls.”

Lincolnshire and other counties stated that many buildings like to fly their county flags, armed forces day, etc

It has now been clarified that the Union Jack, St George’s flag, and county flags may be flown.

Clarified by head of communications Joseph Goebbels.

Can you show me where any St George flags / county flags are on display on council owned buildings?
They do it in high days and holidays such as below;

And at various times and some permanently.

Lancing parish hall flies the Marlipins and the Union Jack often .

I mean, I honestly don’t know where to begin and I honestly thought you were a better poster than this.

I'm just trying to expand my knowledge of what is already happening versus what people from Reform say is happening.

Am I wrong to question things?

You’re better than that load of old cobblers.

And I’m not daft enough to buy it.

Have a pleasant evening.

Let’s be honest, they just mean “no Pride flags”, they just realise they can’t say that quiet bit out loud
