I say keep Jones. If we keep him, means more money in the pot to spend on players that we need and not on expensive back room staff or mangers that demand high wages! From knowing someone that plays for the club Jones is popular among the players and really believes in the club. He wants the fans there as the 12th man and sees how important we are. He knows the players and has seen what does and doesn't work for them and he believes in the youth set up and using the resources we have.
