Not sure itsbeen discussed but presuably purchase of a ST has small print conditions the club can move a fan at their willwhich enables this. Which presumably also allows the cub to move fans to the row behind or along a few seats or back 3 rows etc etc shuffling fans about to accomodate others that wanna sit together that kinda thing. I know Man U fans are very happy on this front. As for us arent we much the same. Arguably the away fans moving is 'different' but fans dont buy an 'exact' seat just 'A' seat and could even be moved to other pricing categories. Seem.all about maximising revenue. Curious to know have any users here had experienes beyond the away fans forced move. Have we become much of a theatre/cinema seatng map where e.g.you cant leave a single seat unoccupied seat? Not saying its good or bad just had a coversation with a Man U fan and got me thinking.

My father was removed from his seat when we were promoted. He sat in a wheelchair space first seat/space off the central isle on the walk way at the back of the West Stand middle-tier. This area was commandeered when the directors box/area was enlarged and made more secure. Disappointing as he sat literally behind me. He was moved further along the walk way.

Sorry to hear that. Did the club offer you alternatives and some say in this or was it like it or lump it?

Thanks. It was very disappointing as it split my family up, he sat literally behind me. Whilst I can understand the club had to make the directors area more secure, there was no obvious need to make the land grab for the 3 seats which included my fathers. The club offered a position about 10 seats along so he/we accepted this.

The flip is that when my father died the club were super helpful in helping my brother relocate closer to me.

Sorry to hear about your father and Im pleased that you were helped with your brother's relocation.

It appears that at times the club have no choice e.g. Euro games front rows to move fans, but I would like to think the club help move e.g.these fans with their collaborative input not enforced changes. When a club forces changes it breeds ill feeling and long term i believe back fires. I know e.g. on a much larger wholesale scale West Ham fans that absolutely hate their new ground.

If you go to the theatre/cinema e.g and purchsse seats 1 and 10 (because thats all that was left) i wouldnt expect occupants in seats 2 to 9 to shuffle to seats 3 to 10 so purchasers 1 and 10 can sit together in seats 1and 2.
