Barnes was not exactly a shabby signing - don't care how much people criticise but a return of 38 goals in just over 100 games for an outlay (reportedly) of well under £250K is not to be sniffed at.

As for McLean - the rumour only exists on the transfer rumours sign which should say it all. His value? Well he cost Hull £1m, has one year remaining on his contract, and has scored just 9 goals in 64 games so a fee of around £500K plus any added value that might be calculted for his former partnership with CMS - max £750K?
