You're saying that regardless of what we offer, no player will accept it until deadline day, because they MIGHT get a better offer.

Well according to the Argus he is our no1 no 1 target. Bizarrely the other Argus story today is that Paul Scholes reckons Lingard should have been given game time at United last season. I thought they were pretty lightweight anyway not sure they needed another lightweight player in a season where the wheels came off.
