So if Palace get booted out, then Wolves will play in Europe next season. Have I got that right?
Why would Wolves take Palaces place in Europe?
Who won the Sherpa Van Trophy and will they take Forests place?Wolves won the League Cup. Christ, what's it like under that rock?
Whatabout Cardiff though, if they qualified would that open another place for a english club and Wolves would be okay as the english extra club. What have Wolves got to do with it? How would it work out if, say, Stoke had won it?
....and if Cardiff win the FA Cup (again) and Wrexham win the league cup - oh what fun we could have! Connah's Quay Nomads in the CL, anyone?Whatabout Cardiff though, if they qualified would that open another place for a english club and Wolves would be okay as the english extra club.
Yeah so it is just Europa League or bust for them. I just thought UEFA might have considered fudging it to let them into the conference but on reflection their rules wouldnt allow that regardless of the Brondby ownership.Makes sense.
That makes perfect sense. So a club achieved a place in Europe based on league position, but couldn't take that place, so they drop down to a lower competition, still using their league place as their method of qualification. Makes total sense.
But that's not how Palace have qualified, so even if there wasn't an issue with them being in the Conference League (there may be), they wouldn't qualify anyway.
Not sure if it's been explained to you.I'm sure it's been pointed out elsewhere
But how do Redbull get around it?
When Leeds have the league wrapped up by Christmas, will they have issues?
I'm assuming they get around it by saying it's sponsorship ?
Do any of them have shares in Wolves? Not sure if it's been explained to you.
RB (Red Bull) Salzburg are owned by Red Bull.
RB (RasenBallsport) Leipzig follow the 50+1 rule technically, it's just that all of the "fan" shareholders are Red Bull employees. There are 21 individual shareholders who are all linked to Red Bull.
As such they're "not linked".
Fosun group who own Wolves also have shares in Cirque de Soleil, surely that's against Ufa rules. Does that mean Wales get an extra spot?Texted my Wolves mate. He's getting quite excited....
The mental gymnastics required to get round it will eclipse even those on the Palace forumsFosun group who own Wolves also have shares in Cirque de Soleil, surely that's against Ufa rules. Does that mean Wales get an extra spot?

Is Cirque de Soliel the bunch of clowns who own Palace, or are they a different bunch of clowns?Fosun group who own Wolves also have shares in Cirque de Soleil, surely that's against Ufa rules. Does that mean Wales get an extra spot?
Completely bias? Name one of his following justifications for Palace's inclusion that isKaveh Solhekol is absolutely appalling. Completely biased and misinformed on this story with pro Palace hyperbole. Yeah it's not great for their fans but the rules have been broken. What does he mean 'common sense'.
Can we all collectively complain about the weasel of a reporter to someone/something or better still, get Marinakis at Forest to make 'representations' to Sky Sports.
