And that's down to the managing director to check every single one going out, and not down to, say... the mailing house?
Of course not.
But who do you think sets the quality benchmark for an organisation?

I look forward to more of the same, whoever the managing director / chief executive is.
I'm not sure what part of the mailshot planning was the responsibility of the mailing house. It appears that most of the letters were complete and directed to their intended recipient. It was only those sent to STHs that had paid in one go last time that were incomplete. If the mailing house were tasked with doing the entire job (including quality control) then perhaps they have to shoulder a large part of the blame but it still comes down to the club being seen to be responsible. From another angle, the MD of BP wasn't directing ops on the oilrig in the Gulf of Mexico (in fact, it was mainly being done by third party contractors) but it still cost him his job.
I under stood like others that you do not need to do any thing unless you want to pay in full then you need to by the first of May or those who did pay in full last season and now want to pay D.D need to fill in the slip enclosed.
the old Albion shines through again![]()
The Large One - do you know why Ken Brown has moved, or been moved, on? If not - why do you think he has?
That's for donating to AITC.
I also paid in full last year but will need to pay in installments this year - but no DD form received. Thought it may have just been a mistake with mine, but no, the old Albion shines through again![]()
Oh right then i got confused as there is a option ..I authorise the club to debit/charge my card, the details of which the club holds for deducting my monthly season ticket payment
Isn't it more that the Albion have a long history of semi-amusing and/or bloody frustrating schoolboy mistakes and it's now believed to be the time to try and be professional 100% of the time, instead of the "80% will do" approach that we've long been used to?
I look forward to Gus' resignation if we lose tomorrow then.
Does anyone really think that the Managing Director of an organisation as big as the Albion actually drafts the letters that go to customers and then personally sorts them into piles, so that each customer gets the correct version of the letter?
OU
Please tell me you have not sent this off completed?
No lol, I just thought it applied to fans that paid in full last time and wanted to pay D.D this time, but i would love to see the words .. If you wish to continue D.D payments for new season tickets 2012/2013 No further action required.
Anyone else not revceived theirs yet? Presume they all went out at the same time.
