As further speculation - the club have spent over £3 million on getting to this stage with Falmer. That money is due to be refunded to the club by The Community Stadium plc, when it has raised finance. Perhaps that it is now happening? - or imminent?

MP has said all along that the new company would refund the money spent on fighting for Falmer, so perhaps you are right.

To be honest I dont care - tho it is good to have scrutiny.

MP has said all along that the new company would refund the money spent on fighting for Falmer, so perhaps you are right.

Could be that some of the £30M convertible loan note facility set up by the Community Stadium Company in March 2008 has been used (ie the company has been loaned some money) and this has enabled to CSC to "repay" the Albion some or all of the supposed £3M.
