I'm going a bit off topic now but I was in the last grammar school year. Was in upper sixth when they let the girls into lower sixth (Sept '75). Might we know each other from those heady days that we thought would never end?

I was in the last Grammar school year too, but was always in the youngest year, which meant we had no one to bully [emoji29]

You were three or four years below me then. I was in the last year that didn't have sixth form college people joining in the lower sixth.

I've just this week, had a facebook message out of the blue, from my first real girlfriend, who I've not seen in 15 years, inviting me to a Hove Park School one.

She's really quite lovely, but I won't be going.

Never been to one. I've kept in touch with the only person who was my best mate. He now lives in Sweden and still keep in touch via email. We even meet up at the Amex from time to the time when he's over. Can't really see what the appeal is in school reunions. The dickheads then are still the dickheads now!
