We had it in the Gillingham days,smart it was too.
for me away kits should stay(in proper stripes,no silly pinstripes please) as Red and Black,Green and Black,Blue and Black and yellow and blue.
The 4 classiest away kits we have had ever.

Abi Fletchers Gimpboy
Skint red & black
Santex blue & black (although that was a third kit really)
Palookaville dark blue ( again , more of a third kit)
and although I've never seen it in the flesh the British Caledonians white one looked amazing.

You Sir have no taste,you should not even be allowed to pick your own flavour of crisps let alone a shirt.
The Green and Black is the finest invention of NSC and the greatest away shirt EVER.

Good reply, even if totally incorrect. The Green and Black is shyte. It has no historical connection to the Albion at all, having been foisted upon us just two short years ago. We have more history with red, red and black, white. than we do with this jumped up piece of snot coloured flash in the pan.

No he did not. It was a plain green shirt with black collar and cuffs and a yellow number. Click below and you'll see him holding it up.

I don't think so - the blue and black was worn only twice in my memory - for a home friendly against Tottenham at the Goldstone and in the first away game of a season when Liam Brady was manager, at Swansea.
