Both channels start bradcasting at 7.00pm UK time, always have. BBC'red button' is where it's at.

Seems like he brought a set of flags to hand out like they do when you enter a WWE event and get "accidentally" filmed waving at some stage of the brawl.
I like what he's up to though, Lionel. Knows how to hold a crowd with a seeming love of doing what he does, rather than looking like a moody twock.
