Just telephoned OPDM press office and the guy confirmed that the "minister's findings will be delivered to all relevant parties AT THE SAME TIME" tomorrow.

I too have just phoned the ODPM's office.
The lady I spoke to confirmed that the announcement WILL be tomorrow morning but couldn't be sure what time.

my rumour source has since told me another.
The rumour is NO.
Apparently the govt wants to say yes,except that Norman Baker,on behalf of Lewes residents has threatened a judicial review.The govt thinks the judicial review will be a definite NO because of the south downs and so to pre-empt this they are announcing a NO tomorrow.
I hope to god i embarrass myself tomorrow.
