I'm not sure ISIS a are that bothered about the seaworthiness of the armada they are putting to sea. That's the Italian coast guards job. One thing is sure. We can't send the poor buggers back.

If it's the case - as we're repeatedly told - that net inward migration of people of working age has helped our country then surely the migrants from North Africa should be housed in Romania and Bulgaria to help those countries grow following the mass exodus of their people to our country?
