Why does it matter what % of managers are English or foreign, the underlying factor behind their success will be how good they are as managers. Everything else is just noise.

Incidentally, if we're playing the statiscal nonsense game, far more English managers have been relegated (or failed to be promoted) than foreign ones.

Surely that means OG is the safer pair of hands?

I genuinely could not care less where our manager or head coach happened to be born.

I can understand the argument about not being used to English football at Championship level, but you could say the same about a lot of English managers as well.

Whether it works out for Oscar Garcia remains to be seen. I would argue it is far too early to say either way.

But one thing is for certain, if he does not succeed, it won't be because he was born in Spain.

we all need to get behind the team and the manager i think hes doing a good job in his 1st season to keep us in the top 10 with all the injury's we have had just need to keep the faith
