Oh no it isn't!I mildly booed and applauded at the same time, all pantomime isn't it.
Oh yes it is!Oh no it isn't!
Decision makers at Brighton will undoubtedly be dismayed at the reaction as booing fans have besmirched the good reputation of the club
But do you you want to be compared to MUFC fans ? Though in reality there were will be plenty of ok ones .Imagine Champions Liverpool going to Man Utd just after they had won the league, do you think the United fans would have given them a standing ovation?![]()

The thought of Liverpool with their vast experience of operating in hostile environments being in any way intimidated by our nicey nicey family-friendly customer base is hilarious to meNot sure why people were booing. If it's to create an intimidating atmosphere then we need to do that every game and have the buy in from the club i.e. make the away end a miserable place to go, no beer etc etc. It won't happen.
I thought the booing was unnecessary, we have had 3 great games of football against them this season , don't need to applaud either (i didn't). I know some of you remember the away days in 70s/80s but that could probably apply to many clubs including us. Only been to Liverpool 3 times and was quite happy talking to their fans in the pub.
I booed loudly so the Liverpool fan standing a seat away from me would get it in the video he was recordingI booed in case there were any Liverpool fans sitting near me.
We are too nice to away fans/teams anyway, its not a school concertDecision makers at Brighton will undoubtedly be dismayed at the reaction as booing fans have besmirched the good reputation of the club
Well it certainly didn't happen in 2011 at Withdean when we had won L1 and the scummy Southampton side refused to acknowledge our achievement with a guard of honour. When did the whole guard of honour thing become a thing? I’m sure it didn’t happen when I was growing up. Stiff handshake and get on with it.
Do stop and think before you type...Easy really the question you asked. If you were there then you’d know there was booing when Liverpool appeared.
Must be having a tough week to need that when the games being played on a Monday.I’d much rather see a passionate, charged home atmosphere, Blokes letting off a bit of steam after a tough week, giving it to the away fans, and trying to rattle the opposition.
WTF are you going on about? Read your post. You asked the question did we? If you were there it was f***ing obvious that we (some of our fans) did.Do stop and think before you type...
I could have named many teams where home fans wouldn’t be applauding an away team because they had won the league a few weeks back. But do you you want to be compared to MUFC fans ? Though in reality there were will be plenty of ok ones .

I once sat in WSL for an evening LC game where the guy next to me was spouting the view that original Wimbledon fans who went with supporting MK Dons were better supporters than Wimbledon fans who supported AFC Wimbledon.MK "Dons"?
