No. The transfer has been agreed (signed and sealed) for him to join Palace. The only reason he is on loan is due to the ruling of not being able to be registered permamently at three clubs during one season.

I really resent some of the negative comments on here about CMS. In fact, I find them them quite offensive. We're talking about a striker prepared to sweat blood for the cause, playing for a side managed by a mentally arthritic manager. How many goal scoring chances did we create this evening? Small wonder that CMS rarely nets for The Albion.
