This thread was started way too late (thanks bozza, you've doomed us!!!!)
A friend is attending tonight and she has never seen us win
We haven't won in October since moving to the Amex
Our form in televised league games in recent years is bad
7 injuries.

Nailed on loss.

All major rail routes into Sussex on Southern out of Victoria seem to be running now, (albeit it a much reduced service), as is the West Coastway from Brighton through to Portsmouth. Services on the East Coastway out of Brighton through Falmer are expected to be up and running well in advance of the match.

Will be nice and make a change to come away with a win tonight. I know it's going to be difficult, but we really don't need another fright night.

We are still a few players down, lacking confidence and in my view, Watford are (despite their position) a top three team.

To cap it all, the club has labelled this evening's event 'Fright Night'.

Nothing like tempting fate is there?

2-0 were win. It's football and it's almost inevitable.........

If Yeovil can beat Forest, we can beat Watford. As you say it's almost inevitable. And the fact that nothing is inevitable in this division is the only thing that is inevitable.

Whenever we play a top team when we're plagued by injuries, we always seem to do well, a la Southampton and Palace in the past two seasons.

3-0 Albion

My warped thinking too!

Taking my 5yo son for his first experience of late night footie tonight as its half-term. Hot flask, ipad and plenty of food are in order I think, and tbh if we are down by a few goals by half-time we may both toodle back to the coach for a nap instead!

Come on the Albion.

Betting against Brighton for the first time tonight in the hope that it may turn the tide in our favour.. Probably means the draw will be nailed on now.

£20 on Watford -1 @ 9/2
£10 on Watford -2 @ 13/1
£1 on Watford 4-0 @ 80-1
