To be honest bha i don't see how the club can stand in his way, he is a class act, its World Cup year and i know he only signed a five year deal last year but circumstances have changed for the bloke. Jordan likes beating his drum about not selling him at any price but my gut feeling is if Palace get a concrete offer for him in the region of £12-15m they will sell (i say that because apparently we have already turned down a bid of £10m for him). However knowing what a stubborn plank Jordan is nothing would surprise me but we run the risk of having an unhappy player in the camp and that could undermine our whole campaign, so its a balancing act.

Thank you once again for proving that a lot of Palace fans do know a thing or two about the game. The voice of reason has visited us. Good post mate.

We don't need Palace fans to kick the shit of us when there's the Metropolitan filth there to do it for them.

Don't worry bha the fookers do it to us as well! :(

They are bastards. worst Police in the country. I tend to find that most Police are very friendly as long as you're friendly to them. I was one of the people handing out leaflets about Falmer at last year's Labour Party Conference, There were Police from all over the place but none from the Met that I saw. They were all friendly and wished us the best for Falmer as well as saying how much they liked Brighton fans as we're not trouble makers.

They were all pretty scathing about the Met though and I've heard similar comments from all over the country about Britain's biggest force.
