If you had read my full post you would have seen i added an extra million in add on's and also a sell on fee.

15% sell on, dream on, would need to be 40% minimum and a fee of 5 million or more. Even 1 million ad dons is not enough. Just like Steve Parish, you talk a lot of shit.
