It would give the country a lift, and surely sensible for the Government to focus 100% on the plague for now.

Radio 5 reported a government statement 15 minutes ago

"We are leaving on Xth of December this year, it's the law"

We won't.

I answered a question. My answer got a 'like'. You dribbled, and didnt get a 'like', have you ever?

Over the last couple of years, you have given us more than one 'leaving' date. Whats your next embarrassing prediction?

Not to 52% of it it wouldn't!
Why ? We have left.

Why force us into a terrible trade deal just because of the Corona virus impacts the negotiations ?

Surely we need 100% focus on the virus.

No one, including the PM, should take their eye off the pandemic ball.

Redeploy the trade civil servants to handle ventilator component sourcing and production, emergency logistic issues, make a difference saving lives etc.

The trade deal can wait until after all this.

Official line is that we leave at end of year, deal or no deal. Talk about suicide !

Doesn't really mean anything really, if they want an extension (and logic dictates any sane Government would) laws can be changed very easily.

It will be nice when the shops all get back to normal and have full shelves, possibly just in time for the no deal Brexit hoarding to begin.

Hey Dave if anyone's going to be embarrassed it's got to be you looking at your back catalogue of delusion

Can't help but find it amusing that you regard folk as desperate but arrive back on the board the minute your ban expires.

That is a little...desperate.

I feel sure that everybody, Brexiteers & Remainers alike, feel a little better about themselves when it posts on NSC.

A modest tribute to our mate PPF, with apologies to Louis Armstrong:

Hello Fairy, I said Hello Fairy,
It's so nice to have you back where you belong
Your posts delight Fairy, no they're sh*te Fairy
You're still shouting, you're still pouting, you're still simply wrong
We feel the thread swaying when you start saying
Your same old, same old stuff from way back when
So take it back Fairy, you know it's all total crap Fairy
And Fairy please don't come back this way again.
