Yes. One of my best memories was away to Bristol City - think it was 2002. Bobby scored a good goal (not worldy) but his all round play that day was way beyond the oppo and most of our team. Welcome home Bobby!!!!

More importantly, were you there for his last appearance (and goal) for the Albion - a miserable afternoon away at Grimsby, which saw us get relegated...? I remember the fact we were going down was made even worse by the knowledge that Bobby would be leaving...

Was that his previously last game ?

Nice bag of chips.

I missed much of his time with us - I lived overseas from the end of his first season until the Feb of his last. Still my favourite Brighton striker by some margin though. Anyone remember his debut?

Yes I was there. The sun shone brightly from my left and I ended up with half a red face after 90 minutes.

Mind you, it was hardly visible, given my complexion . . . .

A Grimsby supporter had put up a relegation calculator in March with scope to predict all results. Sadly I predicted we'd stay up. I think it is still online somewhere.

Stayed with the overseas lot at a jolly hotel up there. Great days.

Jeez, that was dire. Didnt we not only, need to win ourselves, but also needed those perennial wristers READING, to win too..?

Sold a spare tix to Bozza for that game..

I was there but thought it was Stoke who had to win. Miserable day but I got a free hat so not all bad.

Just far enough away from LDC
I was behind the goal and visible on the video when he scored thay great chip away at Bury. Oh and the cheeky goal against chesterfield, and at torquay and so on. In fact I only missed his goals away at Wrexham otherwise I was present for all of them

I was lucky enough to be at Chester when he scored his hat-trick while he was on lone with us. STH.
Me too, amazing game and amazing result. Booby showed a real poacher's instinct that day. Never forget the Chester season ticket holder throwing his ticket onto the pitch when we'd scored 6 or 7 and also the bizarre goal music for Chester's goal.

My firstborn son was conceived through my 'celebration' of our victory that night!
