Oh, and another thread attempting to spark a race debate, you are a very strange fellow.

A few points.

The stats for the UK by their nature simplify the issues surrounding crime, the concentration of ethnic populations and black crime.

Half of the BAME population in the UK live in London. Outside of London apart from a few cities, their is only a small insignificant black population.

The stats should really compare BAME against whites in London only for a fair and comparable comparison, especially since we will be dealing with the same Police Force the Met.

BAME people due to be recent migrants, still getting established in the society and the labour market, have lower social - economic class, this leads to residing in the low cost housing areas, areas of higher deprivation and poverty and the worst schools, poorer quality of teaching.

Poverty and more importantly the extremes between wealth has been shown to lead to increased levels of crime. The extremes of wealth are the most concentrated in London and generally in particular in the most deprived boroughs. In areas such as Tower Hamlets its one of the most deprived parts of the UK but has this small proportion of the population earning £100,000 above.

Black youths focus their crime on pick pocketing, small scale muggings, phone thief's, small scale drug selling. Relatively easily monitored (now) by town centre CCTV and easily targeted by Police. White criminal youths do burglaries?

Because of all of the above incremental factors, this leads the Police to target black youths.

Black Caribbean women make how a high proportion of the "mule" i.e carrying cannabis within the body. They hope to get through customs and set up a new life in the UK and as such they do, if you consider Hotel Strangeways and Holloway as a new start.

Interesting within BAME includes, White Europeans: ranging from Turkish, Polish to the French and Spanish.

In parallel with Pavionllaires "Dead Conservative " thread, there is a need to target the British element of the BAME criminal and start drug rehabilitation and education.

Are we a racist society?

Yes there are definite elements, with London being the least racist part. But people do view our ethnic populations different. Blacks are seen as criminals but large parts of our society whilst Asians are seen as law abiding, religious and entrepreneurial. As such Bobbies could be influenced by society on how they approach people. Obviously the London Met has checks and monitoring on how they approach racial groups. But he over way we can really eradicate "racist " Policing is to to have a diverse and balanced Police force representing local area populations. I have noticed in Hackney an increasing number of Turkish policemen as well as some stunning Police women on cycles.

I've said this before some ethnics bring little positives to this country whilst most bring far greater negatives. 9 times out of 10 when you hear about people being stabbed or shot these people are to blame. This country just keeps getting worse at the moment, and will continue to do so all the while the punishments are so leniant.

How did everyone else miss this?! What a ridiculous and unfair generalisation! Where is your proof that 'most bring far greater negatives'? I think you'll find that when somebody is murdered, the culprit is much more likely to be somebody known to the victim or a white male, between the age of 16-35.

Although, i could have just made that up, too...80% of all statistics are bollocks.

No-one missed it, he was just being ignored.

Nine times out of ten, he only brings greater negatives as he likes to make things up in the name of racial harmony.

Let's just say that the youths featured on Monday night's BBC documentary about gangs and crime in Newham hardly painted young Afro-Carribean males in a positive light, or were they likely to have induced much sympathy over allegations of police victimisation.

Even a Guardian-reading liberal like myself was disgusted by these people and their dumb behaviour. Human rights and respect should only apply to people (of any background or 'colour') who behave like decent human beings, and show the same respect to others that they demand themselves.

People who complain about being 'dissed' all the time should stop behaving like a*****s.

If people are stabbing and shooting others, they deserve everything they get, regardless of whether white or black, its just that, sadly, most reports of knife and gun crime in the last couple of years has been accompanied by a mugshot of a young black guy in a 'hoodie'. What are we to conclude from this?

I've pulled a black (afro-anglo) girl, a mixed heritage (anglo-carribean) girl, a Japanese girl, an indian girl, another mixed heritage (anglo-chinese) girl, an irish girl, an american girl and a welsh girl (I apologise) and I have to say kissing them was no different to kissing a white anglo saxon girl.

I don't think this helps but does emphasise the point that I have kissed a girl.

Did they also concur that you were well, very ugly? And inadaquate in all key departments?

Black people are over-represented in the British track-and-field team, in professional football and in the music charts. Does that mean that Britain is a racist society?

The answer is yes. What is the reason? Perhaps people are entitled to feel a little aggrieved when mass immigration is imposed on a society, year after year, without consulting a single member of the host community.

I challenge anyone to come up with a country that is LESS racist than the UK and back it up with facts.
