The government doesnt need to take money from anyone to pay for so called "borrowing". Simpler - dont "Borrow" at all. Preferably get rid of bonds altogether and failing that, reduce interest rates to zero

If YouGov is a responsible polling organisation, they must have asked a lot more than that. We don't know whether the opponents of immigration are opposed to even a single immigrant, or opposed to a million a year, or something in between. Conversely, of course, we don't know whether the supporters of immigration are in favour of come one come all, or controlled immigration, or any of a thousand other nuances.
