It basically says(but much more eloquently):
the grass isnt always greener. Kalvin Phillips, sitting on the opposition bench being a prime example. He was in the same position as Mac Allister is in now, a much sought after, highly rated midfielder. Now, he's played 20 games, only 3 as starts, only one of those in the league. He may well pick up the treble but it'll be meaningless.
Bissouma and Cucurella are other closer to home examples of moving on to pastures new and finding out that it's not necessarilybetter taking the big club move.
Why doesn't he stay, be part of something historic with the albion - all clubs have a ceiling, but maybe Brighton haven't quite hit theirs yet. How tantalising a proposition would that be?

Isn't that just a fan website? The headline says they've signed MacAllister but then the article doesnt give any other insight. Anything in writing that originates from Liverpool at the moment seems to be 100% definite that Alexis has already signed for them, he’s getting the no 10 shirt, Henderson’s pissed off, he’s told us he’s leaving, the fee is 80mil euros, and that’s that!!
