He maybe for Brentford now he’s in the constant spot light will he handle the pressure?Great appointment for Spurs.
Annoying, we’re not going to be able to laugh at them anymore.

Funny part of this is Ange wanted rid of himFrom Biss to Ange (reportedly, on SnapChat)

Frank has a tiny bit of European experience, he twice got Brondby to Europa League but they were knocked out in the qualifiers both times.
First season (14-15) they lost 5-0 on aggregate to Club Brugge.
Next season they beat Juvenes/Dogana (San Marino) 11-0, then beat Bulgarian side Beroe Stara Zagora 1-0, before losing on away goals rules (2-2) to Cypriot side Omonia.
Perfect warm up for the Champions League.
Poch, in answer to your last question. For me, at least. It'll be interesting to see whether Frank is a really good manager, or whether he's an okay manager who has been in a really good set up. The media love him because he's affable and they like the Brighton, Brentford Bournemouth over achieving narrative. It gives them a way to sound knowledgeable about a group of clubs they have absolutely no interest in because they're worth very few clicks.
Okay, he has been working with one of the lowest wage budgets in the league, but Brentford have provided him with a very decent squad and his highest finish in four years is a place below where FH finished in a first injury ravaged season this year. He seems to have a record for improving players and, although this looks a bit like Graham Potter joining Chelsea, he will have a pre season and will be working with a squad that, although it has issues, isn't as much of a mare's nest as Chelsea's was. I don't expect Tottenham to allow him the time that Chelsea lied about giving Potter.
Presumably, he'll be a lot more tactically flexible than Ange was. (who wouldn't?) However, I'm not sure I even understand what his preferred tactics are, unless you count everyone pressing relentlessly in the first fifteen minutes. Like GP, he has little record of dealing with a dressing room full of big egos and he has now lost access to Brentford's data driven approach to finding gems. At Tottenham, that won't be balanced by an unlimited chequebook like it could be at other Superleague conspirator clubs. I'd imagine that he'll improve league results immediately just by prioritising defensive organisation and stopping Ange's crazy over-committing. Whether he'll then kick on, or just revert them back to something like the football their fans moaned about when Nuno/Conte/Mourhino were there will wait to be seen.
I can't remember the last Tottenham manager who didn't end up surly and looking like he'd rather be anywhere else in the world, so will be fascinated to see whether Frank's happy go lucky approach will stand up to the negative vibes around the place.
I thought that when I saw how many SINGINGS Manchester City had already made this summer. And they only had a crap season by their own high standards! The Big Six very rarely have two consecutive crap seasons. Next season's relegation battle could prove to be very interesting...
