2 days of trenchfoot in Amsterdam convinced me to finally put them out of their misery

Amsterdam away was very wet......I arrived at 16:00 on the day and it was torrential....

The difference for me was that AEK involved standing in a queue for an hour and getting drenched, but then getting home and getting dry quickly.

Amsterdam involved getting soaked from the moment we arrived on Wednesday until we left on Saturday.

I'll be waking up in Monastaraki Square, hopefully to a bit of sunshine, a day of eating gyros, drinking plenty of Mythos or Fix, watching The Albion play in The Europa League and then popping off to a Fat Boy Slim gig.
