dont you think the club is trying their best? its peoples jobs and money on the line, their not just going to be sitting around all day doing nothing about it. Chairman, board members and staff have a lot more to lose than the fans if we dont go back up to championship so they will clearly be trying to find someone.

Well, the money that we are paying is compatable with 80% or so of the other teams our size in the division, and a lot more than the smaller clubs.

OK, the facilities are not the best, but there are a good few clubs at this level who still train in dog shit and needle infested public parks.

When are we going to realise that we ARE in the top 6 clubs on paper of this division and should not loose sight of that
