Yes it won’t but enough. But we’re lucky that Liverpool and Spurs have nothing to play for and that players of the latter will be worried about not getting injured for the Jammy Crapico aka this year‘s Europa League final while Brentford have a west London derby and Wolves away isn’t easy.
Except they won’t - they’ll have played the final days before facing us. But it will still leave them knackered I’m sure.

Will probably need to beat both Spurs and Liverpool 5-0, to try and overturn the goal difference advantage that Brentford have

At least a top 10 finish will be a good season

Yes, I subsequently realised my error when reading a later reply! It was only today I realised that the FA Cup Final wouldn’t be after the league finished either. At least we can get that potentially very irritating outcome out of the way and if it all goes well help create a carnival atmosphere at the Amex on the following Monday. What a strange season!

Pretty relaxed about it . Top 10 will be good , anything else a bonus

Oh and above the scum
Same boat. And although moving the Liverpool game is a joke it will help us to know what’s what given the worst FA cup in history will be sorted and the Brentford game done etc. The Liverpool game will either be a completely dead rubber or a hell of an atmosphere…

We probably do need 6 points.

IF we manage 6 points we’ll only be 1 point behind our total in the Potter/ de Zerbi Europa League qualifying season.

And yet even if we win the next two games it’ll feel like the story of this season will be where we lost points and the opportunities missed to have done even better. I.e. a story of what could have been.

The above seems such a different narrative to our 62 point Potter / de Zerbi season.

We would have known the FA Cup outcome even without Sky shafting us with the move to Monday night as all PL games that weekend were scheduled to be played Sunday anyway.

My position is the same as it was at the start. If we can bed in the new inexperienced players and manager, and finish in the top ten, we will have had a significant result. Provided we can keep this squad intact during the transfer period, next season I will be hoping for Europa League qualification. Top ten and just missing out on a FA Cup Semi with such a young, inexperienced squad and manager, is for me, a damn good season.

The closer we get to the end of the season the more annoyed I get about those two bizarre collapses against wolves and Leics earlier in the season. Four points right there!
Oh the irony, 2-0 up at Leicester & some of our fans singing ‘we’re all going on a European tour’ & I’m thinking how long have you been following BHA? & then we implode….again

Although top half in FH first Premier league season with new young players & relentless injuries will be viewed as a success, it will be very frustrating to miss European football as Tottenham & Man Utd imploding & the Euro coefficient going down to 8th doesn’t happen every season!

Brentford, Fulham, Forest, Bournemouth, Villa, Newcastle all being very good doesn’t happen every season either.

I am more confident of us beating Liverpool and Spurs than I would be us playing Soton and Ipswich in the last 2 games.

Whatever will be will be, anyway. It’s been an interesting season. Can’t complain about top ten.

I would love conference tbh but while we’ve picked up big wins this season we’ve also dropped some idiotic points.

And I’ll get flack for this but good luck to palace in their FA Cup final too.
