I do think Bush knew the attack would happen and allowed it. What's the chances of 3 steel framed buildings all imploding in on themselves (at free fall speed) on the same day? There has been a number of fires in high rise buildings burning for up to 28 hours and none of them have ever fell within their own footprint.
