Interesting. It appears that the reason Petrescu is falling through is that despite the Romanian taking a pay cut, Charming also wants a relegation clause to pay him even less when they are relegated. Petrescu isn't interested in a contract with such a clause. So Charming is still penny...

Sean Dyche ( and Chris Powell ) should always have been pretty much at the top of their recruitment list in my opinion.

Ex Palace player and local lad Andy Thorn seems a good fit. In fact he should have got the job instead of Holloway. It makes so much sense and I'd back Charming fully if he makes this choice :thumbsup:
