Drive to Gatwick or Redhill if possible. You then have one change at East Croydon. Gatwick 11:07 (or a slower connecting train from Redhill 10:51) gets to MK at 13:00. You can actually do it a bit quicker if you can be bothered with the tube, but personally I'd rather sit on the train.

At that price, I reckon we'll take around 4,000. I'd be surprised if we sell all 6,000 without a concerted effort, and there doesn't seem to be the appetite to line their pockets - hardly surprising after what we've been through historically.
