Seems so - Albion season ticket sales top 23,000 - Brighton & Hove Albion FC - Mid Sussex Times. Which means if a visiting club took a full 15%, as Arsenal surely would, there would be precious few tickets available for non-STHs once segregation is taken into account.

It won't.
I had a conversation with Paul Barber a month or two back and he cited the hypothetical situation of drawing Man Utd at home and stated ticket prices would not go up.
Because I believe...
I) Arsenal are more attractive opponents than Swansea.
II) There would be higher demand for Arsenal, which would sell out, than Swansea, which might not.
III) If the club gave people a chance to secure their ticket for the 4th Round, a lot of people who might be hesitant...
If it were me...
- ST holders from now-ish until the day before the Arsenal v Swansea replay.
- General sale for the morning of the replay (to try and get as many people buying on the hope of Arsenal as possible).
Sure - and there are a lot like you.
But Saturday's attendance illustrated that there are also thousands who will pick and choose games. I suspect they'll not get the chance this time.
