Oh dear! The decision was sound. The only decision that could be made. Gus' position was untenable. I know you struggle with this, but you really need to accept that it was in our (and his) best interests to move him on.
Well, there have been a few idiots on here not realising what a complete and utter disaster that would be. << I think I understand what you were saying now TB! >>
The claim was: "About 90 per cent of your posts on NSC are attacks on Poyet. Do you EVER post about anything else?" All I said was that I post on many, many Albion-related subjects on NSC (check it out if you like). I agree when I post about Gus I am always anti about his personality flaws...
Nonsense. I would say the figure is no higher than 85%! ;-) Seriously, if you care to check, you will find that my posts are about all things Albion, including our beloved ex-manager. I'll admit to some previous man-love for Gus, then I saw the light. Unfortunately, some are too slow to realise...
He turned them down because he didn't want a relegation on his CV, not out of loyalty to our club or some other altruistic reason. Oh, and MASSIVE difference in the bit in bold there. Not.
You missed: I would like to manage Leeds, my budget isn't big enough (about 20 times, and including after a 41% increase), Suarez did nothing wrong, the referees are all idiots, I want to leave now (in March, and when doing very well), I'm refusing to do my job with the retained list, we've hit...
Gotta say the Sunderland fans were amazing right to the end of the game. For what it's worth, I think Gus will keep Sunderland up. Said it all along. Great manager but massive personality flaws.
At least I support my club, not its ex-manager. You just throw around insults to a Brighton fan. I find it hilarious that you can't spell twerp. Sums you up nicely.
And anybody who points out his oh so obvious shortcomings gets accused of being a 'hater'. He turned Reading down because he didn't want a relegation on his CV.
All good points there Symyjym (Wolves bit excepted). Gus more than adequately demonstrated his disloyalty to anyone but the blinkered few on here. They're running lemming-like to his defence again. I really don't know why they don't just **** off and support Sunderland or wherever else the...
